Yes, please email me if you would like to see more in depth images of the artwork such as the way it is framed, the depth of the canvas etc.
Do you ship artworks outside Australia?
Shipping is available throughout Australia and worldwide.
All orders are packaged and delivered from Logan, Queensland, Australia.
How much will it cost?
Most artworks list the price including the shipping cost except for some of the larger works. The listed BUY price is the total price in Australian Dollars. There is no additional shipping cost within Australia.
To purchase artworks that don't have a buy button, please email me for a shipping quote. Due to the size of the artwork, I will need to use a specialised art courier service.
For all international orders please email Rachael for a quote. Also note that there are possible import fees and taxes to include within the costs of delivery.
How do I pay?
When you hit the BUY button, you will be transferred to a PayPal window to complete the transaction in Australian Dollars.
Am I charged GST?
Rachael Lee is registered for GST in Australia. All prices are inclusive of GST in Australia.
How is the order delivered?
I use Sendle courier service (this is a door to door courier service) or Australia Post for most artworks.
For large artworks, a specialist art courier service is used to deliver your order.
Each work is individually wrapped with great care to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
Please note that you must provide the correct delivery address where you will be available to receive and sign for your order.
Can I save on delivery costs and collect the order?
Yes, for large artworks only.
My studio is located in Rochedale South, Logan, about 22kms from the heart of Brisbane.

How long will it take to receive the order?
Due to COVID 19 border closes there is likely to be a delay in delivering your order.
If your order is being shipped via Sendle, it will be despatched within 5 business days of purchase. All orders have a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.
Within Australia, specialised art couriers work to a monthly schedule due to their nationwide delivery services. I will contact you with a delivery date, and the courier’s contact information. Delivery does not normally exceed 28 business days, however destination will impact on this timeframe.
Delivery time for international orders will vary depending on location, public holidays etc.
I am able to provide an estimated delivery timeframe in an email. However I cannot guarantee that your work will arrive exactly as per the given timeframe.
Is there insurance with the Shipping Costs?
Yes, all works are insured and details can be emailed upon request.
My work has arrived damaged, what can I do?
I take the utmost care to wrap the works so that they won’t get damaged in transit. Photos showing the condition of the artwork will be taken on the day prior to packing the artwork and once it is packed. However, there is always a slight possibility that damage can occur in transit. Framing is replaceable, original works are not. If your work arrives damaged, you must contact Rachael within 48 hours of receiving the order to discuss replacements or refunds where available.
The terms and conditions will vary depending on the shipping company’s policies and are available upon request.
If you decide that the artwork you have ordered is not as you expected, that’s alright if you change your mind. However, the customer will be responsible to apply the following terms and conditions in order to receive a refund.
You must contact Rachael via email within 4 days of receiving the order to inform her of your decision to return the artwork. The customer is responsible to return the artwork in perfect condition via the same company as per the delivery within 14 days. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the order has been returned, the customer will be refunded the costs of the artwork only, but not the shipping and banking fees incurred with the initial order transaction.
Please note that if you wish to return from an overseas destination, you must contact Rachael within 4 days of receiving your order and agree to the timeframe set out to the delivery company’s schedule.
